- “Deliverables” refers to the final work product agreed upon — such as edited photos, videos, albums, or digital content — delivered to the client post-project completion.

Scope of Services
Sanskar Photography offers professional photography and cinematography services across India. All services are provided by Sanskar Gupta and select collaborators, based on project scale and requirements.
Our service offerings include:
- Candid Wedding Photography
Capturing authentic, unscripted moments through a cinematic lens. - Cinematic Wedding Films
Multi-angle wedding videography with editorial-style storytelling and audio design. - Pre-Wedding & Engagement Shoots
Structured couple portraits and lifestyle visuals before the wedding day. - Fashion & Editorial Photography
Lookbooks, model portfolios, and brand campaigns with creative direction. - Commercial & Brand Visual Content
Product photography, branded films, hospitality shoots, and digital marketing visuals. - Drone & Aerial Visual Coverage
Cinematic overhead photography and video, licensed where legally permissible.
All services are subject to availability, location feasibility, and prior booking confirmation. Custom requirements outside this scope may be accepted upon discussion.
Booking Confirmation
To secure any service with Sanskar Photography, a formal booking confirmation is required. This includes:

- Clear agreement on the date, location, and scope of the project
- Advance payment (deposit) as per the agreed terms
- Communication via email, WhatsApp, or signed proposal confirming intent
A tentative inquiry, without advance payment or written confirmation, does not guarantee availability.
📅 Availability is First-Come, First-Served
Dates are secured strictly based on when the advance payment is received. Sanskar Photography reserves the right to accept other bookings for the same date until your slot is confirmed.
✍️ Custom Requirements or Contracts
If your project involves specific clauses, brand guidelines, or NDAs, these must be disclosed during the inquiry and confirmed in writing before production begins.
Payment Terms
To begin work on any project, an advance payment (deposit) is required. This advance secures your booking and confirms project commitment from both sides.
💳 Standard Payment Structure
- Advance Deposit: 30% to 50% of the total project fee (depending on service type and scale)
- Balance Payment: Due before final delivery of edited photos, videos, or other content
Sanskar Photography will not release any final deliverables until full payment has been received.

- Razorpay or secure payment link (on request)
- Cash (only in pre-agreed cases)
Invoices are issued upon request and reflect a breakdown of the services and applicable charges.
⏱ Late Payments
Delays in payment may result in:
- Delayed delivery of final photos or films
- Suspension of editing or file transfer
- Potential cancellation of reserved slots (in case of non-response)
If the client fails to clear the remaining balance within 10 days of being notified, Sanskar Photography reserves the right to close the project and archive all files.
Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that circumstances may change. This section outlines the policies for rescheduling, cancellations, and refund eligibility for services booked with Sanskar Photography.
🔄 Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule once, provided at least 14 days’ advance notice is given.
- Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and must be reconfirmed.
- If the new date is unavailable, it will be treated as a cancellation unless otherwise agreed.
❌ Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp message) and acknowledged by us.
- Advance deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, regardless of the reason.
- If Sanskar Photography is forced to cancel (e.g., due to illness, emergency), a full refund of the deposit will be issued, or an alternative photographer may be recommended if agreed.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Creative dissatisfaction (unless due to technical error)
- Change of mind after shoot completion
- Delays caused by client-side rescheduling, late arrival, or lack of preparedness
- Partial work delivered (teasers, previews, partial edits)
All refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days through the original mode of payment.
Deliverables & Timelines
Upon completion of the shoot, Sanskar Photography will deliver high-quality visual content as agreed during the booking stage. This may include photographs, short films, reels, or commercial visual assets.
📦 Standard Deliverables Include:
- Photographs: Professionally edited, high-resolution JPEGs
- Videos/Films: Cinematic wedding films, teasers, or reels as per project scope
- Delivery Format: Secure cloud-based link (Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc.)
- Optional Add-ons: Printed albums, USBs, social media cutdowns — if agreed in advance
⏱ Turnaround Time
- Photographs: 2 to 4 weeks (based on project size and season)
- Cinematic Films: 3 to 6 weeks (based on complexity and editing requirements)
- Social Media Teasers: 3 to 7 days (for weddings or events, if included)
Turnaround may vary depending on project volume, travel, peak season, or any client-side delays (e.g., missing preferences, incomplete payments).
📂 Delivery Conditions
- Final deliverables will be shared only after full payment is received
- No RAW files are provided unless agreed in writing beforehand
- Delivered content will be available for download for a limited time (typically 30 days)
Copyright & Usage Rights
All work created by Sanskar Photography — including photographs, films, reels, and digital visual assets — is protected under Indian copyright law and remains the intellectual property of Sanskar Gupta, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.
©️ Photographer’s Rights
- We retain full copyright ownership of all visual content created during a project.
- This includes the right to use select work for our portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, blogs, and professional showcases.
If you’d prefer your photos or videos to remain private, we respect that — just let us know in writing before the project is published.
✅ Client Usage Rights
Once final payment is made, you (the client) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license to:
- Post content on social media (with or without credit — credit appreciated)
- Share with friends and family
- Print for personal use (albums, frames, gifts, etc.)
You may not:
- Edit or filter visuals in a way that distorts the original tone significantly
- Sell or commercially license the images or videos
- Submit work to publications, blogs, or competitions without prior consent
💼 Commercial Licensing
For brand campaigns, product shoots, advertisements, or third-party reselling, a separate commercial usage license must be agreed upon in writing. Licensing fees vary based on distribution scale, exclusivity, and duration.
Client Responsibilities
For Sanskar Photography to deliver high-quality, structured, and emotion-driven visual content, cooperation and preparedness from the client side are essential. The following responsibilities apply to every client engaging our services:
📋 Before the Shoot
- Provide accurate project details at the time of booking, including location, schedule, and shoot type (wedding, fashion, brand, etc.)
- Communicate preferences and requirements clearly — such as key moments to capture, style references, or sensitive situations to avoid
- Obtain all necessary permissions for locations, venues, or drone coverage, if applicable
- Share timelines or itineraries in advance for event-based shoots (weddings, corporate events, etc.)
📸 On the Day of the Shoot
- Ensure timely presence of subjects and collaborators
- Designate a point of contact (for larger events) to assist with coordination
- Allow creative freedom within the agreed brief — sudden changes on the shoot day may impact deliverables
- Provide a safe and respectful working environment
🔄 Post-Shoot Communication
- Respond promptly to questions regarding album selections, video preferences, or feedback
- Confirm or approve previews or selections within reasonable timelines
- Complete any pending payments prior to delivery
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in compromised output or delays — for which Sanskar Photography is not liable.
Limitation of Liability
Sanskar Photography is committed to delivering high-quality visual content with professionalism, care, and creative excellence. However, certain circumstances may arise that are beyond our control.
By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations:
🌦 Unforeseen Circumstances
We are not liable for delays, disruptions, or missed moments caused by:
- Acts of nature (e.g., weather, natural disasters)
- Venue restrictions or lighting limitations
- Sudden schedule changes by the client or event coordinators
- Technical failures that occur despite preventative measures
💾 Data Handling Risks
All data is backed up using professional storage systems. In the rare event of memory card corruption, drive failure, or loss due to hardware damage:
- We will attempt professional recovery immediately
- If recovery is unsuccessful, our maximum liability is limited to a refund of payments made (if no work is deliverable)
- We are not liable for emotional distress, missed commercial opportunity, or indirect damages
🧾 Usage & Reproduction
Sanskar Photography is not responsible for how third parties (e.g., magazines, vendors, social platforms) use or modify the images once shared publicly by the client.
⚖️ Maximum Liability Clause
In all cases, Sanskar Photography’s total liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.
Portfolio Display & Credits
Sanskar Photography may showcase select images or video excerpts from your project across digital and print platforms for the purpose of demonstrating our work and creative style.

If you wish to keep your project private, simply notify us in writing before or during the booking process. We will fully respect your preference and ensure your content is not published in any format.
Requests to remove already-published content will also be honored within 5 working days of written notice.
